This credit can be used to rebook your flight at any time and date that is convenient for you. If you do not have a specific date and time in mind for your rescheduled flight, we will issue a flight credit for the full value of your flight. Our team will work with you to find a convenient date and time for your rescheduled flight that works with your schedule. If your flight is impacted by weather, we will work with you to reschedule your flight to the date and time of your choosing. However, safety is our top priority and we want to ensure that all of our flights are conducted in a safe and secure manner. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us at your flight is cancelled due to weather, we understand that this can be disappointing. Once you have completed these four steps, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your tour. Pick a date and time listed on the calendar that works for you. Step 4: Pick Your Day and Time Our availability is always changing, but the calendar on our website stays up to date immediately. If your group is larger than 3 we can split you into consecutive flights. Please note that we require a two-passenger minimum for a flight and we can take up to 3 people per tour.
