Also, don't move a ship north of the D line before the transport escorts die (i.e try to cheat to catch the BBs as they spawn) or else it will trigger a penalty spawn of 4 T6/T7 (Fuso/Nagato) BBs in addition to the other ships.Vice Admiral Peter H. Once you kill the 5 CAs escorting the transports the Op is pretty much a guaranteed win (although maybe not 5 stars) and you can farm the BBs and other ships. Really the only way to lose this op is take too long to kill the first 2 waves or have too many ships get caught in the torp wave and die. Regarding the torps from the initial DDs, if you aim your ship to run behind the island south of the one where the first wave spawns, you should get all the enemy ships running full broadside to you and also be able to dodge the torpedoes-just don't set your speed so slow they get on you before you can move out of the way (at least 1/2 speed should be fine). That is probably what you are thinking about. If it dies, you have to rescue the commander as a side objective to get a star. I only really remember a lot of torps at the start, hydro should do it, right? Aegis does have a bot Shchors on your team that typically yolos into the enemy waves. I think Agis is the one where you have to protect a ship, or pick up the commander if it sinks (right? or am I mistaken)
